Walter Deckert is an author, consultant, independent scholar, and retired Naval Flight Officer whose work focuses on education, identity development, rehabilitation, and long-term behavioral change among justice-impacted populations.
A former professor of mathematics and statistics, Deckert completed doctoral coursework at Pennsylvania State University in mathematics education.
